By creating an account or using Forkbase, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Forkbase.
Forkbase provides restaurant online ordering software, storefront hosting, management dashboards, analytics tools, and optional POS features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
You are responsible for: - Maintaining account security - All activity under your account - Providing accurate business information
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. - Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. - Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
You agree not to: - Use the service for unlawful purposes - Upload harmful or malicious content - Attempt to disrupt platform functionality
You retain ownership of your restaurant data, including menus and customer information. Forkbase does not claim ownership of your business content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Forkbase is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
